Each Salad Share box is crafted to help you savor the unique flavors of the Upper Valley, featuring a new local specialty ingredient every week. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or just getting started, we make it easy to enjoy healthy, satisfying meals—without the stress of planning!
What’s Included in Your Salad Share CSA?
Each membership includes:
A Honey Field Farm canvas tote for convenient CSA pick-up
10 curated salad kits from June to October
Organic olive oil and two locally sourced organic vinegars to use all season
Each box makes four generous servings of salad, plus leftovers, and is perfect for vegetarians, veggie lovers, and anyone who enjoys customizing their meals with their preferred protein. Each salad kit contains:
Fresh-picked organic greens, vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers
All the key ingredients needed for a flavorful, homemade dressing
Locally sourced specialty items from Vermont’s best farmers and food makers
Please note, shares may include dairy, nuts, and gluten (this share is not vegan).
(We don’t include pantry staples like salt, pepper, and oil—just the fresh, local goodness you need to bring each recipe to life!)
How It Works
Pick Up Your Box every other Thursday from 12 PM – 6 PM (June – October) – Each meal kit is packed with peak-season organic produce and unique local ingredients.
Salad Share Pick-Up Dates: June 12, June 26, July 10, July 24, August 7, August 21, September 4, September 18, October 2 and October 16
Know What’s Coming – We’ll send you a preview of what’s in your box, plus a chef-tested recipe to inspire your cooking.
Cook With Confidence – Follow our recipe to create delicious salads, or get creative and make it your own! Either way, you’ll enjoy fresh, flavorful meals while supporting local farmers and food makers.
What to Expect at Pick-Up:
Park in our lot and head into the Farm Stand.
Our friendly staff will greet you and guide you through the pick-up process.
Transfer your salad kit items into your own bags.
Shop the Farm Stand for additional local products while you're here!
Can't make it on Thursday? Have a friend pick up your share for you! If you miss Thursday’s pick-up, you have a second chance on Friday between 12 PM – 6 PM.

We offer the Salad Share biweekly, with a new salad kit ready for you every other week!
🥕 Salad Share – $560 ($14.00 per serving)
Each box makes four generous servings of salad, plus leftovers, and is perfect for vegetarians, veggie lovers, and anyone who enjoys customizing their meals with their preferred protein. Each kit includes a featured local ingredients from our favorite farmers and food makers to be featured in a dressing or as the star of the salad.
What to Expect:
A produce-packed salad kit featuring our freshest organic vegetables.
This share does not contain any meat products. Some ingredients may include dairy, nuts, and gluten ingredients may be included (this share is not vegan).
You’ll get to savor tasty local ingredients from our favorite farmers and food makers, like Blake Hill Preserves, Hall Apiaries, Side Hill Cider Mill, Smith Maple Farm, Root 5 Farm, and more!

Skip the extra steps with this add on! Your salad share will be pre-packed into one easy-to-grab bag, making pick-up even faster and more convenient.

All of our CSAs are available for purchase on our online website. Please note there is a 3% Handling Fee for transactions completed online.
To pay with cash or check, please find us at the Norwich Farmer’s Market at Tracy Hall.
